Yeah it's a shame we don't have that color here in USA.Only in Canada.

Don't think it will sell very well though. I haven't seen a brown G70 in Canada yet but I noticed there are a lot more colors on the road other than white/silver/black. Maybe it's because Genesis offer so many color options and combos. With Mercedes or BMW, you only get different hues of grays/whites/blacks so maybe that's why there are so many.Yeah it's a shame we don't have that color here in USA.
I love the SS with sport trim. Torn between that color and MB. Told my dealer whichever he can get first in a 2020 to call me. I’ve seen nothing at all yet in the DFW area unless on a dealers lot.For some reason, there's NO love for the Santiago Silver. I don't want to just be one of the only people in my city with a G70, but I'd love to be the only one in the entire state with a G70 in my color (and I live in Iowa, so that's probably not hard to do!).
I'm partial since my G80 is Adriatic blue. I've not had a white car for years though I've had four of them..I’m just about ready to purchase. I have it down to 2 colors on the 3.3T Prestige: Uyuni White and Adriatic Blue. The white one is located near the back of the lot, so the paint looks dull in the photo, while the blue is near the front of the lot and cleaner. I expect by tomorrow I’ll make up my mind. Stay tuned.

I think the Uyuni White is more pearlescent than the last white they had for 2019. It's not a glossy white, in a good way as it brings out the body lines.
Adriatic Blue is a beautiful color that contrasts well with the chrome trim. But if you don't have the following conditions, I would recommend against it:
- Good sunlight in your area: AB comes out best in direct sunlight with the sparkling flakes. In otherwise overcast days, it's kinda a glossy blue that doesn't have much saturated or deep blue goodness.
- Few rock chips: you will get a ton of rock chips if you don't have a way of avoiding them, like by your location (I live with a ton of rocks), by your typical drives avoiding highways, or by using PPF or clear bra immediately.
- Very little dust/dirt: dirt and dust is really visible on AB with how the brown/grey particles contrast the dark paint. And not only is it visible, but it dulls the color and blocks any of the flake sparkles.
- Not concerned with swirls: it's basically impossible to avoid car washing swirls on this car. If you touch it, it's going to get micro scratch lines on it. They're not too bad really, but you can notice them in direct sunlight, particularly since it's a dark color, if that kind of thing drives you nuts. I've tried every technique and tried to carefully wash for hours with tons of microfiber cloths, and the reality of touch swirls can't be avoided. I've had to resort to pressure washing and using a leaf blower for a majority of washing.
I had another look at the Adriatic blue and it's a very nice color!
My G80 cools down nicely and fast in Florida when it is 95. I have 50% tint on the windows and that helps.Thank you for the very thorough review and the great advice. I live in Southern California so I expect a lot of sunlight. I am concerned that the darker blue combined with the black seats might meet for a “toaster oven” experience, even with the ventilated seats.
The G80 AC is noticeably more powerful than the G70 AC. In my DH Sedan, I don't think I ever lowered my temperature below 72 and rarely used my seat ventilation. In the G70, I've already kicked it down below 70 multiple times and seat ventilation usage is a must (I live in Texas and we're having a heatwave at the moment). I haven't thus far felt like the AC couldn't cool me off (in combination with the seat ventilation), but it has to work a bit harder doing so. I have whatever the legal maximum tint is on both cars.My G80 cools down nicely and fast in Florida when it is 95. I have 50% tint on the windows and that helps.

Yeah I live in Phoenix, so heat and sunlight are really bad. I have a strong tint (done by default by the dealer), use a sun shade, and remote start my car about 5 minutes before I go out to it. These actually make it pretty comfortable getting in until it reaches past 105 F. But now that it's reaching 110+, the AC can't get cool until I start driving without stops for minutes or get on the highway.
I pre started mine today and it was 110° I Gilbert and was only about 7 min and it was nice and cool inside. I’d have the dealer recheck the A/C charge. Even .3-4 of a pound can make a drastic difference.Yeah I live in Phoenix, so heat and sunlight are really bad.
