I had my transmission flushed by the dealer at 60000 miles and 200 miles later the transmission slips and jerks so hard I thought I had been rear ended. I took it to the dealer the next morning and they had it for multiple days and claimed they couldn't find anything and were unable to replicate the transmission mishap. What troubles me is that since that first slip/jerk the car has had 4 other situations where it won't change gears. The RPMs also seem to be much higher as when I moderately accelerate between 20-35mph the car will jump up past 4200RPMs which seems high for such low speeds. I also have gone past 6k rpms twice when accelerating onto a highway from a stop when I know I have never gone above 5krpms before especially in comfort mode. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what could be wrong? Should I take it to a different dealer and pay another 150 for diagnostic?

The service manual says it takes 11.09qts when they only charged me for 10. Could it be something as simple as this or using the wrong atf?
