I plan to keep the jb4 for ecu tune but am interested in the Lozic Tcu tune. Who here has just the Tcu and does that fix the terrible lag when launching? His videos make it appear so but wondering if that has something to do with the ECU. Also wondering with the torque limit off can you launch at any rpm/boost levels? With the awd I'd expect to keep it below 10 probably 7-8psi as to prevent breaking something.

Several people on the Stinger forum have a JB4 with Lozic ECU, and yes it will let you launch with boost. Torque limit OFF is what you want, and the boost level at launch is dependent on how long you let RPM's/Boost build.

Good news!

Lozic told me he is no longer increasing the TCU price and will continue selling it at $850usd.

Seems he values happy customers over more profit. Pretty stand up guy to reverse a decision to keep everyone happy.

Also... if you already purchased one for $950, he will send a gift with the TCU.

yup ordering my tcu today if i can figure out payoneer service he wants for payment. I asked for a paypal link but he doesn't use it any more it seems.

Just to follow up he did take PayPal I didn’t have to use payoneer or whatever app he suggested. Super easy to deal with and gave me the $850 price for tcu. I went with limit off, -5 at his suggestion and level 2 from the forums suggestion.

Well this didn't age well . I just ordered all 3 ECU, TCU, and AWD. Hope to have them in soon and log some results.

Back from vacation and have the tcu installed. Have to be careful launching by brakeboosting or using launch now as boost with these tiny turbos spool up super fast. Had 12psi and had to let out very quickly. I feel I should have gone with the level 3 as 2 is better than stock but still not super crisp.

I'll make this short and sweet, the LOZIC tunes are worth every penny. If you have a specific question, I'll try to answer it.

Agreed. Can I also suggest including the following:

• 2.0T or 3.3TT
• AWD or RWD
• 8AT or 6MT
• Method of measurement (hand timed, OBD2 plugin, track timer, etc.)
• Ambient air temperature
• Pavement type and condition
• Anything else that would affect time

Makes it a little easier to compare apples to apples.

Can this be a thing?! Let's get a Top 20 Board going or something like they have on our sister Stinger forum. They have a great table going of relevant info. I'll even start it if you guys want or maybe I could nominate @Slip_Angle since he started the thread. Here is what their table consists of, which I think is a great start. Let me know what you would add to the table and let's get an agreement on official rules to keep it fair and fun!
