I was wondering if anyone else had the same experience as I have been having. I bought my genesis last year, I scheduled service initially through Genesis and was called about a month before the appointment to be told that the dealer's Genesis contract was being pulled and they could no longer service my car.
I re-booked a second service appointment w/ valet from the next closest dealer, which is 21.5 miles away. Had a no-call no-show for that appointment. booked a 3rd service appointment this time through their website, again, no call no show.
I eventually called Genesis themselves, they said that the dealers would not do a valet on anything more than 10 miles from themselves. I read through the agreement and could find no distance clauses in there, at least that I saw, and given that the service is part of the warranty I've found myself quite disappointed and frustrated with the situation.
Has anyone else experienced this same issue? And if so was Genesis able to get it fixed and how much of a headache was it in the process?
