Hi Kiwiger. When I upgraded mine (US) I did not find an exact match for the SW version I had in my car, so I took a leap of faith and told the updater that I had the one that showed up as the closest match. I did not select my year/model, I used the SW version. I'm adding some photos of what I had installed vs what showed up when I started typing it in. I ended up installing the one for an earlier year (2014, 8 inch display).
Based on that, I started typing in what you included on your SW version screenshot. It didn't get very far before it stopped, Looks like the software updater is only showing US versions. With that in mind, you really don't need the US nav info if you plan on using
Android Auto/
Apple CarPlay because those maps are relative to your actual location (I strictly use AA maps in my car now that I have access to AA and it's amazing) and you would probably still benefit from the general software update.
I took a very small 'leap of faith' telling the updater that I had a version that I didn't really have, and fortunately all worked well. For you, the leap of faith would be quite more drastic and if you decided to proceed, and the results could be devastating. I would not recommend personally.
That said, the other option (instead of going by your current SW version) would be to select the model year closest to your vehicle and screen size and update your vehicle to that software version. Again, this would be a total leap of faith and unless you have a dealer that can restore your factory settings, highly NOT recommended.
I'm enclosing screenshots of what I found. Sorry I can't be of more help to you.
