Interesting about the Samsung as key issues, I've been very jealous (pixel phone owner) and keep waiting for them to add compatibility but I've heard a mix bag of reviews on it. Customer care may direct you to the connected services hotline, I haven't tried reaching out to them yet for my app issues.
I have the same issue with the memory seating in my gv60 and ioniq 5 where it doesn't automatically revert to the memory seat setting tied to profile or key. Luckily it doesn't bother me too much since I can hit the memory seat button but definitely something worth raising as an issue.
