  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I paid $1400 to do the satin wrap on entire bottom portion and they also did the gloss black around the windows. This was here in Las Vegas, NV USA

Just bought a private reg for my GV60 - £250 in the UK loads of good ones left. Not likely to lose money on them.

For those of us not in the UK, can you explain what this is? Isn't a private reg when Elton John comes to your house to play piano? ;)

In the UK you can buy registration numbers. One of the formats is 2 letters then 2 numbers then 3 letters. So you can buy GV60 and then any 3 letters of your choice as long as they aren't taken already. Because the GV60 is so new and people aren't aware of it yet a lot of these plates are still very cheap to buy compared to other personal registration plates. You can get some great ones for £250 now but could sell them on later when there are more GV60's around for a higher price.

I was finally able to find/purchase a sunshade for the windshield. Silver reflective material on one side, black on the other. Pretty thick, folding type with a case. Really helps keep the sun out when you are charging.

It was made by Intro-Tech, and one of their distributors is ProParts USA. I communicated with Jeff Wong if anyone needs one.

the one I want is in my avatar, but Genesis UK was quicker than me :)

Washed mine today. After a minor road trip through the California central valley, the front was grey with dead bugs.
All good now.
Road trip... new way of traveling in this thing. Time, speed, charging... lots of balancing going on. Then there is the Electrify America network. Great to have 3 years of charging 'thrown in', but the network (the stations I went to) is very problematic. Lots of dead chargers, none of the 350 kwh chargers ever got over 120 (and even that was rare).

I just took delivery of my GV60 today January 25 and I am in Toronto Canada just in time for the snow storm. So what I have done is covered my new GV60 in snow today .

Congrats.
Make sure you get snow tires asap. Those stock primacy ones are ass.
I switch to Toyo Celsius Sport today because I don't want to switch snow tire every year. I will see if the Toyo Celsius works out for me.

Not who you asked, but so far the Michelin CrossClimate 2 we put on our Advanced trim seem to be working well, no major issues. We did notice a bit more road noise right after putting them on but overall I think it is minimal and we don't really notice anymore. We bought the tires from Costco and there weren't any good dedicated snow tires available, though I did already want to try going for the CrossClimate as I think the wear/efficiency gains (suspected) over dedicated snow tires was probably worth it.

I just took delivery of my Advanced today and I had the dealer install CrossClimate 2's that I provided. So I will be selling my OEM all-seasons with 19km on them.

I have Toyo Proxes Sports on my fronts. The factory ones are such garbage. SOOO much better grip and very very reasonable at around $500 a pair. Elliminated all the damn squeeling and reduced understeer drastically.

I did the same sold the Primacy and switch to Toyo Censius Sport.

If you don't mind me asking, what did you list/sell the Primacy's for?
