There have been rumors swirling of a G70 refresh- and we have the official confirmation now of such a refresh occurring through Korean dealer documents, though the changes are fairly minor and Genesis does not refer to it as a "facelift" like the current iteration but a "product enhancement."
Google translate gives the basic gist of the changes:
TLDR; the notable changes will be the replacement of the 2.0T with the 2.5T engine like the late Stinger, a new touch-control HVAC system (and possibly infotainment), and a frameless rearview mirror and smart key from the GV60. However, the rest of the car will remain the same, so the exterior and driving dynamics will remain unchanged, which explains why there have been no spyshots. The 3.3T will still be used instead of the new 3.5T, likely because the G70 is too old of a platform to fit it in.
Because Genesis isn't calling this a "facelift" I have no idea how long it will run before it gets a complete redesign, which will be an EV. A standard facelift would be 3 years, but I wouldn't be surprised that it will be less for this because the changes are so minor.
