So I just bought a brand new Genesis G70 3.3T Sport Prestige. The front bumper cover is warped on the bottom, all the cars on the lot had the same issue, but more importably it looks like the tabs in the engine bay don't line up, nor does the fender line up to the bumper (on the sides of the hood). Honestly, my worry here is that the plastic bumper will scratch the metal fenders (which is what happened on my 2020 Edge ST with <7000 miles on it) from there being no gap between the two.
My driver's side door also seems misaligned (it's a few mm higher than the rear door which is noticeably at the belt line.)
Am I crazy for having Genesis fix these issues? They'll have to replace the front bumper which means repainting it too, they said they send it out to a local body shop since they don't have one. Is it worth the risk?
I love my G70, it's really fast but I'm disappointed with the these two quality issues on a 55k car.
