2022 Genesis GV70 purchased 3 mo ago. For past 3 months the App on my Iphone 12 running the latest OS always displays a message when I try to use the Genesis Intelligent App for Iphone--- "cannot connect to the server, busy , and if problem persists contact Genesis, which I have done but no resolution. They advise: we will esclate you ticket to engineering---and then the trail goes cold. Have deleted and reinstalled app and re entered correct user name and password but it never connects. If I try to control the vehicle via Genesis website, no problems. But App will not connect. No issues with the phone or any of my other apps, and latest version of their app is installed. Anyone have this problem or suggestions
