  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I've watched all the You Tube Videos , read through all the threads, looked at all the pictures and I still can't find it. Supposedly its driver side located somewhere on the bell housing but I've moved things around looked with flashlight from the top ( supposedly it is removed from the top with wrench extension). But I can't find the thing to save my life. If someone knows where it is can you post some pictures, a video or anything to help me find it.

It's up high on the bell housing, looking between the back of the valve cover and the steel water pipe. Changed mine using a couple of long 1/4" extensions.

OZY44 - I can’t thank you enough ! Thats exactly where it was located now a $26 part on Amazon saved me hundreds of dollars! I reset the codes , no more check engine light and no more bad crankshaft sensor .

This worked 100% glad this is out there because all the other You Tube videos and posts here about this didn’t help . This picture shows exactly where it is an it is hard to find . I had to reach down in there somewhat blindly to loosen bolt and remove old one .
