Hi Gang
I apologize if this is a duplicate question. I searched quite a few threads but didn't find my exact question/concern. I recently purchased a pre-owned 2015 3.8 AWD Genesis Sedan. WOW what a car. it has exceeded my expectations in every respect except for one. I cannot get the driver side power seat to tilt forward enough to be comfortable on long rides. I have called two dealerships and they are telling me that its a design issue.....the seat is limited in its tilt due to proximity to the steering wheel and air bags. (The passenger side seat will tilt forward a few inches further than the dirvers side.)
Has anyone else run into this? Is there a fix? I hate the thought of having to use a pillow or some seat cover in this beautiful car, but I can already tell i am going to have neck issues on longer rides so am open to suggestions.
thanks!
