  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Long story short, I dropped my G70 off 6.5 weeks ago for two minor repairs. Replace sunroof weather strip (pictured) and infotainment screen (not my pic, but mine looked the same). Getting ghosted by the dealership. The few times I got a hold of my advisor they gave an excuse like they needed another part, the glass guy didn’t show up, or the tech was out.

Part of me thinks they damaged it and they’re trying to buy time. Should I be concerned?

I would show up at the dealership and ask to see your car!

That’s a good idea. I’ve considered it, but the dealer is an hour away, so haven’t had time to drop in during business hours. I was in the area on a Sunday night, but the car was not on the lot. Either inside the garage or at the managers house…

Do you have a loaner? If so...put on the miles on their car!!! There is definitely something going on.

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
This definitely sounds fishy to me...

Do you have the 360 camera system on your car? If so, try using the Genesis app to view the car remotely. If they are working on it, they may have turned off the battery so the remote system won't work. But if it is at the Manager's house (haha), you should see his garage.

Yes, that’s a positive. Having a loaner makes it tougher to complain.

That’s a great idea. I have a ‘20 which has 360 cameras, but not connected to the app. Also, I let my app subscription lapse for the summer. Last week I payed for a month to hopefully get the car status/location, but it was unable to contact the car. Luckily my dash cam is set up. Hopefully they kept it on when servicing the car.
