Driver door trim creak

The carbonfiber-looking plastic trim insert on my driver door has seemingly come slightly loose and now creaks when I lean my leg against it. Any ideas on how to fix this? I don't see how it comes off or any gaps where I could potentially squeeze any sort of lube into.

Also that picture has a reflection of my jeans in it towards the top, it's not cracked or anything.
