I am thinking heavily about going from wanting to having a Genesis, looking at a 2011 4.6l. I know I want black exterior but can't find interior pictures of this model with the black interior. Does anyone know if the 2011 4.6l with black interior has the wood trim or if it is all black? Any link to pics would be appreciated

All of the 4.6 has the Tech package and wood Trim. Make sure you test drive one and then you'll see the wood trim.

I don't believe the wood trim goes the width of the dash on any interior of the 4.6 Genesis, regardless of color.

In Canada at least, the premium package comes with the wood grain across the length of the dash. It is only available on the 3.8 Premium as the tech packages come with the leather dash. Damn shame as the all wood dash is very classy looking IMO. Here is a pic I took last week of a 3.8 premium here in Alberta with the wood dash.

As much as I preferred the wood look, I wanted the tech package so I ended up buying a Titanium Grey 4.6 this weekend which is being shipped in from another province this week

I like the enveloping wood grain dash with my 2010 premium package. Some wood grain interiors do look gaudy and artificial, but the genny's does look quite elegant as you suggest.

Yeah, I've seen the whole wood on the dash interior on a lot of the 2009 models, but it seems like they got rid of it around 2010 and it's not offerred at all anymore, at least not in the US.

I wonder why...I thought it looked nice.
