Looks real nice. My 2012 is about 9 months old. Too late for tinting? Did you have the dealewr do it? Can you share a ball park figure on what it cost? What darkness should I get that won't get me stopped by the cops?
Thanks Philth. I'll see if i can find a place. All I've found so far that has great Yelp reviews is a place that uses only different types of 3m products.
Nedd guidance please. I was referred to a great tinter by a person who has done a number of cars there. He does 3M Crystalline or Color Stable? The Crystalline is $595 the Color Stable about $200. Any thought about that? And what shade shoudl I get? Doesn't say anything about percentages in the companrison tool below.
Thanks!

Huper Optic is considered one of, if not, the best tint films in the industry. Even that brand is around $400 - $450 installed. All films typically come with a lifetime guarantee, which includes protection from the film bubbling.
Be carefull on guarantee's. There is a film quality warranty and also an installation warranty backed by most installers. Some don't warranty their work at all.
Some films are 1 year warranty and some are lifetime warranty. I know as a tinter that if a customer doesn't have a problem in the 1st few months after installation, that they aren't going to, so I warranty for 1 year, but my film is lifetime warranty in terms of color stability and fading. Bubbling has absolutely nothing to do with the film, but rather the installer or contamination which is most common. This should be warrantied by the installer, but is not always. Marketing is a tinters friend - "Lifetime warranty", but they don't explain in the add the lifetime warranty is only for the film, not the installation.
