Mis-matched color for Wings Emblems Genesis Sedan

I got front hood and trunk emblems along with wheel covers from ebay. This is for Genesis 2012 V8 sedan. The trunk wings emblem is polished and silver chrome in color which matches the aluminium moldings & trim of the car.

The hood winged emblem which is larger is kind of pewter or titanium in color, like titanium metal color (not as silver as the trunk emblem). Is this difference legit or I got a older winged emblem for the hood. These are all OEM parts. People who have already installed de-badged emblems, please advise. Thanks!

As far as i know both front and rear emblems should be chrome

It's not an older emblem. Maybe it's for the Coupe? I would ask the vendor who sold it to you. Maybe try and Google the part numbers, but might be difficult if it all comes back in Korean.

Can you post a link to where you bought yours so others are not faced with the same issue? Normally this stuff comes from Asia and returning/refunds are next to impossible.

Yes.

The right one for the hood is part number: 86320 3M500.
The wrong colored one is part number: 86320 3M530.

See the picture with the difference between the hood and tailgate one. I have contacted the seller and I am confident he will send me the proper one.

Too bad nobody mentioned the name of the vendor who screwed up. However, the seller questioned here is definitely not Korean Auto Imports. KAI also trims off the posts on the front badge to make installation that much easier. I'll take the 5 bucks now. ,-)
