I have heard that after changing an air filter, you should unplug the battery and let it sit for a while to reset the ECU so it can then adapt to the new air flow. Is there any truth to this? Thanks!

Can someone take a picture of their ecu, I need to know the manufactuer and see the labels on it. Have another tuner very interested in cracking the ecu of both the 4.6 and 5.0. I have provided him the 4.6 info but I need to get him the 5.0 info to see how similar they are.
