Getting ready to replace OE brake fluid. How many ounces might I need for this procedure?

How anyone might know this is beyond me, but the factory fitted windscreen (wind shield?) washer fluid is really good stuff. I also love the spray pattern. It only goes on the glass, and not half on the car behind. Anyone know what they use, or at least recommend a good type?
