headlights

Does anybody know why the auto headlights don't come on when the wipers are running in the auto mode? This seems to me to be a basic feature that the Genesis doesn't have. 😕

I think this is topic where a debate can happen lol, but I've read mixed comments about the auto headlights WITH HID option... Can it cause damage to the HID system? My Genesis comes with the HID, and auto leveling/cornering feature and just wanted to know if it's ideal to have the headlights...

Seems that lenses on Xenon HID headlights are clouded.. thought was just dirty but will not clean up...Especially noticeable at night when lights are on... A friend has a new corolla and said his headlight lenses are clouded as well... Anybody have any thoughts on why the lenses are foggy??? Thanks
