im getting a 3.8 genesis soon and one of the first things i want to do is get a cold air intake for it. im just wondering what the best would be for the 3.8 genesis, ive read that AEM is the best, but ive heard other opinions about K&N being better. just looking for opinions on what everybody...

Anyone else notice that the Intake manifold on the 3.8 sedan is plastic and the intake on the 3.8 coupe is aluminum? Anyone know why? I am guessing weight? But are there any other performance differences between the two ?

Currently we have done the R&D testing for the 3.8 and we are looking into getting another 3.8 here for more dyno testing as the loaner vehicle was automatic. The owner of the car said he can really tell the differnce between stock and our new SW Intake system. It will be available shortly...
