Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. My dealership was pretty awesome. Went in for first oil change and tail light recall. I also had to get a new bumper appliqué as they messed up the install when i purchased the call and I decided to just wait. The appliqué was messed up again by an outside body shop and so he had to order another one. I had a rental car for a week and he ended up changing the oil for free along with installing the rear genesis wings that I purchased for free.
