  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

What is the easiest way to tell via pictures if what I'm looking at is the 2009 Genesis Technology Package?

Is it the:
Multimedia Knob Controller
Cooled Seats Button (Up and Down on Heated Seats Button)
DVD title under CD Player
etc....

Any help would be appreciated.

The only 2009 sedan model with a large, color display screen (8" diagonal) is the Technology Package.

Ok...thanks. This is the picture of the dash of the Genesis I am about to buy. Just wanted to make sure it was the Tech Package.

Looks pretty clean...and that's about $4600 below what I paid for my V6 Tech nine months ago--with about the same current mileage. The only real thing that you'll lose is the 10yr/10K powertrain, which reverts to 5yr/60K.

I would barter down to $31K....or lifetime oil changes unless you already bargained down.
Friend bought same 2009 V6 tech back in June (pre-2010 models out) with 4200 miles for $33700

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
The originally were asking $34,995. Maybe I can see if they will increase the warranty or come up with some creative bonuses.

I got them down to $32,000 at 4.7%

Great interest rate. Hope you like your Genesis as much as I do.
