2010 Gen Coupe 3.8 51k miles for $14,000

Hello everyone, this is my first post in the forums. I'm just asking for opinions on the deal mentioned in the title. It has a clean carfax, with records of oil changes, and proper maintenance. There's still 9,000 miles left on the warranty so that's nice. My one concern is the price, it seems like it should be a bit higher. It makes me think there could be something wrong with the car. The interior and exterior are also in excellent condition. Your thoughts?
