2010 Genesis leaking oil?

Is anybody else having that problem? Just bought it last night drove it home and saw in my driveway that oil was leaking from my car.

the only leak I ever had was due to the service tech leaving leaving the old rubber gasket on (so there were 2) after an oil change... Other than that 1 time at the 7500 mile service, no leaks...

There should be no oil or other fluids leaking from your car unless you have had a recent oil change. Of course the air conditioner will leave water trail/puddle condensed out of the air, which is normal.

I called the person I bought the car from and he said he had a hyundai tech change his oil. So I called my local hyundai dealer service dept. and they told me to bring it in, they said techs sometimes overtighten the filter which causes it to leak, I hope that is the problem and nothing major

Other than that I really love this car
