I said that there may be a correlation between the fact that he uses the phrase "blown motor" to driving the car in a spirited fashion, achieving redline RPM on a much more frequent basis than the average person. It was just an interesting observation of language and rhetoric.Mark_888 you are making assumptions that because he says motor he probably abuses his car.
I drive a route every single day to work where I merge from a 50kph road to a 110kph highway. My car hits near Redline every single time. Does that mean it's being nfc abused?
I do absolutely understand the point you are trying to make. I just don't see why you are trying to make it. It is completely moot om this subject as warranty is covering it. Therefore hyundai has not found and evidence of obvious abuse.
It just sounds to me like the equivalent to an old man complaining about teenagers and their loud music and stupid clothes.
You are the one who is attaching the term "abuse" to such driving habits. Anyone who buys a car can do with it how they please, and any warranty issues are between Hyundai and the owner, not involving me.
I don't know why some people are so sensitive about this subject.
