Saw this on ebay tonight. What the heck is this guy talking about?

I sent him an email and he responded:

"Thank you for your inquiry it means you can drive the car on a very dark roads with no problem because of the night vision feature

I thought about this one too, but it does not have the camera. If you look at the grille, you will see it is not there.
