Hi all,
I recently purchased CPO genesis 2013 3.8 with 27k miles on it. It's a great car and I really enjoy dynamics and comfort.
Although, there are few steering issues I'm experiencing :
1. Car generally keeps the lane OK but I still have to constantly do micro adjustments with the steering wheel. It's a really weird feeling like the car is disconnected from the steering. It can suddenly change the direction a little bit, it feels like I do not control it. I used to drive sonata 2009 and it was stable like a train on rails on any speed.
With genesis I cannot really relax and have to constantly be focused on keeping lane.
2. Couple days ago we had a pretty windy weather and I noticed that the car a very sensitive to the cross wind. It was literally blowing the car out of lane. Never ever had any issues with sonata 2009 or any other cars I used to have in past.
I have alignment done at dealership and it seems to be within specs.
Tires are new kumho solus kh25, 17 inch wheels.
Anybody else with the same experience?
Dealer also double inspected suspension and said it "like brand new"
Thanks,
Eugene
