In your photo of the "base" part of the antenna, the part that remained attached to the roof, what is that tall thing that sticks up at the rear of the circuit board? Kinda yellow colored with a white strip all around it?
When mine came off in the car wash, this tall thing must have come off too. What does it do?
Until I'm able to determine how to fix it, I have the fin secured with a large piece of clear tape. I haven't noticed any degradation in Sirius performance or GPS failure.
