Figured I'd post a couple pics of how weird a 10" wide would look in the front. I also remembered it wasn't the strut it was close to, it's that arm knuckle that comes up from the hub (part of the suspension).
So add 8 to 15mm to this (this was 38, so figure 23-30mm offset) to get clearance. It would probably clear everything with the 275's shown since there is some negative camber from the factor.
It would just look funny IMO.

I looked at these in alloy finish when I had my 5-Series. They were too heavy @ 38 lbs. ea.
In this case, as close outs, that might also mean discontinued, so what happens if one of them fails. Good luck finding a replacement.
anyone consider these? $119/each on sale.

20x10 40mm offset, 38lb a piece.
Any chance that might fit the front with a 245/255 tire?
275 or 295 in the back.
Good lord, 38 lbs each! No thanks
With 38 lb. wheels on the Genny (no matter how pretty they are), the Queen Mary would handle better. This is the very reason some people will pay close to a grand per wheel for a light weight forged wheel that will withstand either the track or a northeastern pothole and not bend or break.
