9530 Blackberry unable to pair with Genesis 2012

I can not pair up my blackberry 9530 with my new genesis 2012 V6 tech package. I can get a far as putting the pass word (numbers) into blackberry and than in 15 seconds blackberry password window go blank.
Is there anything i can do to pair up phone with sedan?

I think the blackberry screen turns off the password and other screens too quickly. We had to change the settings in the blackberry and then it worked fine. However we have a 2011 genesis so 2012 may be different.
