  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I've had my base 3.8 since it came out in 2012 and did the wing badging, chrome side molding, 12" kicker sub and tint early on. I decided rather than taking a $15K hit on trading and buying a base 2015 I'd get her some 20" rims with 35 offset and the lip spoiler. Very happy and saved 13.5K over taking the plung especially when I only have 22K miles on her.

They're machined black wheels and look a lot brighter than the pics. It sure turns better with 8.5 inches on the ground rather than 7 inches!

If you see it around North Atlanta #Roswell/Alpharetta#, that's me! :D

Excellent wheels! That totally transforms the look of the car.

The deprecation really sucks on Hyundai's
. Got to buy them with the intentions of keeping for a long time.

Nice. Way to make your ride unique. Nice work.

Depreciation is actually pretty good on the Elantra and Sonata and presumably the new Santa Fe Sport/SF.

The Genesis sedan, with the heavy discounting, otoh, has hurt residual value.

Thanks ShadowZ!

Costco and Discount Tire sell them.

They're called FK Ethos RT-7M. I did a google image search on RT-7M and there are pics of these on Masaratti, Porche, BMW, Mercedes and and then a couple junkers :)

Specs:
FK RT7M
Finish:
Black BCM
Size:
20x8.5
Bolt Pattern:
5x114.3
Offset:
35
Construction:
cast Aluminum
Suggested Tire Size:
245/35R20

Costco has them for $212 and Discount Tire for $230 but I got DT to match Costco and throw in a $160 rebate card w/Falken tires purchased. Out the door for $1320ish.

Paid 39K for 2012 4.6 with the works. Got 26K at CarMax about 2 years later. About 15K miles.
