  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

A Questions about OTA updates

Anyone in a new 2025 GV80 get the OTA update yet?

Nothing here yet and not sure I want to go the USB route. Getting a little impatient.
If your worried about the difficulty of it, I am in my 70's and it is a piece of cake to go the USB route. This is the first time I got a map update OTA. I had it downloaded on a usb drive, but the OTA beat me to it.
On the update list online, it only goes up to the 2024's. Is there even an update for the 25's out yet?

***EDIT**** Next message from a 2025 owner says he got his update.

I got it a few days back on my 2025 GV80. The OTA updates are definitely out for 2025 models and you should be receiving it if you have driven a little.

I got mine on a 22 GV80 two days ago and then it took about 90 minutes of driving for the ota to download.

I do have the speed limits showing on mine.

I'm thrilled that now I can get the AA to take up the full screen. Using AA with a dongle I always had a portion on the right that displayed some widget from Genesis that I didn't want when in AA.
