I would think that the G70 is going to be smaller than the Azera.This wont be much cheaper than the G80 at all, really - if using current Azera prices as a point of reference. In fact - the G70 might even be cheaper - and if I am not mistaken - this essentially is the G70. It is also FWD and I do not know that it will be available as an AWD.

The Azera is more a Toyota Avalon competitor.
Probably true. The old Azera is pretty large also.I'd bet the new Azera is very close to the G80 in interior space.
While the exterior of that car is very nice, the interior is hideous with that sloppy design of the Nav system screen and clock placement. But it doesn't matter because the reports are that is not for US consumption.
I like it and I think it's going to be a big hit for Hyundai - IF they price is right. I don't see why anyone would buy the Azera if it's not priced significantly lower than the Genesis G80. But I think this will make a really nice flagship and compete well with the Toyota Avalon or maybe even Lexus ES...
