One does not have to drive their car anywhere near 10/10ths (or even 8/10ths) to enjoy sportier handling. At times I do enjoy the additional damping the GV60 Sport Mode provides, especially when I encounter uneven surfaces at highway speeds. If spending a few bucks makes the car feel better to you and improves your driving experience, go for it. However, for those that may be seeking performance improvements, my experience has been that 90% of those that would consider themselves sporty/performance drivers have little ability to handle a car at >8/10 of what a vehicle can do. The existing setup is easily capable of doing absolutely fine at 8/10.
If you're driving your GV60 beyond that, 1) you're asking for trouble, regardless of what kind of suspension you have, and; 2) why the !@#$ are you doing that on public roads? 0% of us are tracking our GV60s.
I strongly suspect I would enjoy the ability to select additional damping beyond Sport Mode. We have PASM on our Macan which in combination with other options gives us the ability to set PASM to Sport Plus. The Macan owners manual describes that setting as being for track use, but I've never tracked the Macan. I just enjoy the sporty handling when I'm in the mood for it. Has nothing to do with performance driving nor my driving ability.
