Am I too old for a Genesis Coupe?

Someone actually started a thread on ages of drivers a while back. Check my post here in that thread to see the stats (as they existed at that time). The age spread was pretty wide!

Dude You're in perfect age for this car!
Car like this one is perfect for everybody, becouse it changes person in my opinion. This model has great shape, and it's character depends mostly on color. If you will have loud red or yellow, on lights i'd think: "eghm, too shinning". But if you will buy a black or white it will be perfect. Just look at it:

My Two Cents;

I'm 67 and purchased a GC 3.8 Track. I bought the track because of the m/t. It's Mirabeau Blue with 35% tinted windows. It is sharp.

The dealer had already removed the "H" and installed the winged logo both fore and aft.

Of course my wife says it's a "mid-life" crises. OK, if 67 is mid-life...that's just fine with me. See y'all in 2078!

Just one problem, and that's the transmission is rough when shifting from first to second. And (IMO) the mileage (22.5) sucks. But's that comes with the territory.

I'm not even going to say my age. I'm engaged. Is it too late for me to get this cool car? Or will I look like I'm having a mid-life crisis. Am I? lol What is the age that is too old for this car?

I don't have a coupe in my garage, but I do have a Vette and the 4.6L. Age is not a factor, your state of mind is. I love driving my Genesis but I really look forward to rolling the Vette out of the garage. Sport cars/pony cars are a rush and the Genesis Coupe always ranks up there when compared to others. Just enjoy it and don't worry about what others may think.

Hi Everyone, I' new to the site and have just sold my very beautiful 356 Porsche Speedster (got very depressed for two or three days) til I brought a Genesis coupe V-6 and I am a very happy guy right now. Love the car and I think the older you get the more reason to get what you want and can afford. I got mine used (11,00 miles and in great shape) and don't regret the change, I love the power and the feel of the road and looking for ways to make it go faster. I am 67.
P.S. It's all about choices.. if you are out of a job or making ends meet and you have two kids and one in the basket and it's your only car, bad choice. Good luck.

I am 25, just purchased the 2011 3.8 Track, and now that my dad has seen and been in the car, he is debating on whether or not to get the same exact car (better be different color!) as me and he is turning 60 in April. For the price, you cannot beat this car. And the exhilaration I feel behind the wheel of this car is 2nd to none. Happy driving everyone!

I'll be 54 in less than a month. Before I bought mine I went to the dealership and asked to get in one (coupe) and sit in it.

I can get in/out of the coupe easier than my wife's Fusion or her Cherokee Sport. I have more room (legs, knees, feet, hips) in the coupe than in the Fusion or Cherokee.

Just picked it up yesterday and drove all over the place last night but I'm happy with it.
