Ambient light

Just checking, my Genesis lacks any ambient light illuminating the center console. Every car I've owned since the millennium has had some soft subtle ambient light provided by a tiny bulb in the over head console. My 3 series BMW, VW Touareg, Sonata and my wife's Optima do as well. This seems like an oversight on the Genesis unless mine just isnt working. I sure do miss it when driving at night and reaching down into the blackness to find my coffee.

I wouldn't mind having some very dim blue ambient lighting in the footwell area.

BTW: brightness is fully adjustable in addition to other available modes including sound response, which is a nice touch.

No, it has 1-7 dimmer levels, it was on 3 so it can show in the photo, you can also tint the 4 led tubes if you would like for it to be darker.
