Whatever. I wasn't trying to start a pissing match and I never insulted you personally like you just did to me. So all of your opinions now mean nothing to me.

With the exception of maybe a Cadillac, I will never buy a domestic car again. After awful cars that fell apart (1 GM, 1 Dodge and 1 Ford) and great " foreign" cars ( 1 Mitsubishi, 3 Toyotas, and the Genesis) that were trouble free I have all I need to know.
Here is my post written on Nov.11,2011 that I believed you referenced as I am the only one on this thread that mentioned trading my Genesis for a domestic.
One of the reasons I did not trade my 2010 Genesis 4.6 for a 2012 Genesis 4.6 was because of the very same issues that carried over to the 2012.
I also left the Hyundai brand and returned to a Domestic brand, the end results is: I no longer have to worry about when my audio/nav will fail, I enjoy a nice quiet ride over all road surfaces, tilt wheel is no longer an issue, no wrinkle in drivers seat, do not have to pamper the car to avoid cold start engine shake and no more popping noise coming from body of the car. The map update will also not be as complicated. I have no problems with a domestic brand as I did not purchase the Genesis because I had a problem with Domestic brands, I liked the car. I still think the Genesis is a nice car but I also say Hyundai had better wake up.
This was my reply to you in your response to my post that I believed you referenced.

My reply to this thread was on Nov. 11, 2011 and as one who had owned the car I was responding to the question raised in the thread. The problems that I pointed out with my car are no secret as some others have reported and are still reporting the same problems. I am amazed by people who say they have had no problems with their car ,needs to attack those who have.
I did not sell my car, I traded it as under the circumstance after Hyundai stated to me they had no fix for the audio/nav failure in my car, the car no longer met my needs. In answer to this thread I stated the problems not only in my car but how the problems were showing up in some of the 2012's. I answered the question truthfully and with out bias.
I closed my post by stating that despite the problems I had with my car I believed the Genesis is a nice car. As I stated my last post was Nov. 11, 2011 and it is only because of your post that I am posting back. This and all forums are open to anyone who wants to participate regardless of ownership or not and weather you have had problems or not.The person who runs this forum also runs a forum for a domestic brand so do you have any questions that you would like to ask him?
For personal reason every now and than I still monitor this forum as I would like to know if and how any of the problems that I stated have been resolved. I hope I have answered your question and I hope the next time you will do your home work before you smart off to someone else.
