  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Had my new genesis for two days two issues-

1. I am only getting audio out of the right speakers when I hook up my ZUNE(Microsoft version of IPOD) when i use in any of my other cars the connector works fine in either one but not my Genesis.

2. When i try to hook up same device using USB all I get is this message that keeps saying loading USB device but nothing ever happens.

Help on thoughts to get my Audio player. Item 1 sounds like i need to have dealership check connections and plug...

as far as for the Zune, only MASS STORAGE DEVICES are supported if you are not using an iPpd (USB Flash Drive up to 32gb, usb hard drives that are usb powered, etc), so I don't own a Zune, so if it does not have a Mass Storage Mode, you won't be able to use it.

the audio connection I am also experiencing difficulties with... I have yet to find a solution and fear I may have to call in the "experts" at the dealership for this one...

Thanks for your reply-I that is helpful -at least i am not alone on this one.

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
Try a USB stick without any security software loaded on it.

I only had audio out of left side when I bought car and using Ipod/Iphone. Dealer replaced center console usb module, worked fine since.

I have a Zune and have had no problems. Sorry!!! Hope you get yours to work

You have a Zune? How did you connect it? Via AUX or USB?
