  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

best car no one is buying

there are lots of genny in LA Koreatown both 1gen and 2gen
so no worries, I think it depends on where you live.
also, including mine, there are few VIP-STLYE genny in k town :) LOL

Speaking of the first generation Genesis - there are TONS of them here in south Florida. I imagine once the second generation is around for a few years - there will also be a lot driving around. I can say, with certainty, that the second generation is selling MUCH faster then the first generation did. Of course, nobody knew what a Genesis was the first time around. Now, pretty much everyone is familiar with this highly luxurious Hyundai...

And no disrespect to the brand at all - but I feel funny calling the Genesis a Hyundai. It really just seems like a completely different car from anything else in their lineup (besides the Equus, of course)...

North Dallas suburb is known for its hi end model automobile.
And I'm not going to say the Genesis is outnumbering the MB, BMW, and Lexus alike.
But anytime I hit the road there are plenty of 09-14 to be seen running around.
And the 15s are increasingly growing in numbers.
Can't say that for Infinitis and Acuras though.

I've seen a few in Plano, where my folks live. In Dallas, it's rarer, but plenty first gens. Interestingly in my parking garage at work in Downtown Dallas, there are 3 other 2015 models I've seen, and plenty of gen 1 models. I figured, if Corporate America can embrace the Genesis, the rest of America will over time. ;-)

When I was buying mine the dealer was pretty clear that the Genesis name is going to become it's own brand shortly, just like Lexus and Accra. Apparently they will be launching a Genesis SUV next.
