  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I curbed one of my wheels today and called the dealership for a price. I was quoted $310 plus tax which seems fair, but I was hoping to find a better price online.

Anyone know where I should look besides ebay?

There are several dealers selling parts on-line. Just try google. But a quick look at a few sites that I saw shows that with shipping costs, you may not be able to do better.

Sometimes it sucks having such a nice car that you've got to park it as close to the curb as possible to avoid getting dinged... :p

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
It actually happened at the bank drive-thru which has narrow lanes and 7-8" tall curbs that aren't tapered. I was pulling out and had my wheel turned to the left just a tiny bit and managed to hit the the curbing just enough to scrape a 6" section of the very edge of my wheel on my way out. :(

I don't see any Genesis wheels on their site. :(

Hey jwaters, did you get your wheels? I also curbed my wheel today, in Las Vegas they wanted $417.00, pure rip-off. But that wheelcollision.com website looks the best that I found.

Are yours the 17 x 6.5 contoured thin 7 V-spoke (Brilliant finish)?
Let me know, thanks

I have been shopping, off and on, for several weeks looking for the best price on the 17" 7-spoke Genesis wheel. I want to have a full size spare tire on board.

The wheel's list price is $297.77. The best price I have found (so far) is $223.39 at www.hyundaiparts4less.com. This is the website of Kenny Kent Hyundai in Evansville, IN. I have not yet ordered the wheel, so I have no idea what their shipping costs may be.

To have a complete spare tire available, I am also assuming that I will need the pressure sensor kit. This is an additional $40.39.

Looked up that website and found no 7 spoke rims. Did you call them on their price? Thanks

Their illustration in the Replacement Parts Catalog only shows one 17" wheel. This is the same wheel that is on my car. I am not certain of the full Hyundai part number, but it includes the numbers "70770."

I suppose one could argue that it is 14 spokes instead of 7, but it starts as 7 spokes and then evolves into 14.

Another Hyundai dealer, www.hyundaiparts123.com, has the wheel listed at $219.70.

You might also look at the Genesis 17" wheel at www.finishlinewheels.com. Their price is $189.00; however, I am not certain this is an OEM wheel.

You realize, this is an 8 year old thread, right?

Why add a bunch of duplicate threads. This member did the right thing we all ask members to do.... A search. He/she found one and started it up again. I want the G80 Sport rims.

Some Admins prefer to start a new threads instead of digging up old ones.

As for the G80 Sport rims - I'd say check Craigslist, Ebay and classifieds section in our forum. I haven't see them yet posted on sale.

https://www.hyundaipartsdeal.com/ is my go to source for everything genuine OEM Hyundai parts and accessories. I've ordered many discounted original parts from them and they are legit. You can find the OEM wheels you are looking for by entering your VIN on their web page. Hope this helps.
