  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I just picked up my AWD Ultimate and paired my phone. All my contacts synced with no problem. When I make a call I don't hear anything. The volume on my phone and car are up..... And the mic is on.

Go back to the dealer. Mine worked without a hitch. You may want to try to make the call and then turn up the volume. The volume of each device, phone, nav, radio.. are all independent. Maybe try raising volume from phone. I figured a few of these things out by troubleshooting; Play around with everything first. Had a 2012 Genesis 4.6, but the 2015 is much more advanced than my old car (they fixed a lot of the quirks and kinks that the old models had).

Congrats on your purchase, by the way. Coming from a 2012, I can sincerely say that this model year far surpasses it in many ways. I just picked mine up this past Sunday, 12/28/14.

It is truly amazing. With the little time I driving it today I am very impressed. Coming from a 2012 Benz E350 P1 sport and this surpassed every expectation!!!
