  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hello,
I have new 2012 3.8 Genesis sedan with the standard stereo and have noticed the volume I hear from the incoming phone call is low on volume. I have went through the stereo prompts to get to the Bluetooth volume control and have turned it all the way up to 30 which is the maximum and the sound I hear is still low compared to the 2011 Sonanta 2.0T that I just sold.
Is this how it is? Or am I expecting something that I can not have?

Frank

Hi; did you ever get It corrected?? I have a 2014 Equus and this just started happening today. I am bringing It to the dealer today.

I have a Samsung phone and no matter how loud I turn the car volume, it won't be loud enough unless my volume is adjusted correctly on the phone itself. You might try that.

Hi; that's the first thing we tried.. The dealer swapped out the radio unit and the amp, still the same problem, still waiting for an answer to see If they replaced the blue tooth module.
