Brake Vibration?

I just picked up a 2019 G70 AWD Design, after the brakes warm up from driving there is really bad brake shudder felt in the steering wheel. I tried the bedding suggestion to try and clean up the rotors but it hasn't worked. I see what looks like blue streaks in the front rotors but the rears look really clean. It is pretty smooth when first driving cold, but then gets bad after driving a while and braking hard.

My plan is to pickup a set of EBC YellowStuff front and back with new Centric Premium rotors for the front. Does this sound like a good plan to fix the issue? Or do you think I should get rear rotors as well? I am open to recommendations, seems like some good sales right now.

You may have warped rotors due to improper wheel nut torques. I would try torquing the wheel nuts to spec and see if that helps, however it may be too late and you will still need new rotors.

I checked my lug nuts this morning. Front and rear, none seemed overly tight. Re torqued all to 80 ft lbs. I’ll see if there is any difference.

^ vibration in the steering wheel under braking does indeed mean something up with your front brakes, so you're on the right track with your diagnosis. shouldn't need to do the rears at this point.

I had the brake shuttering issue at lower speeds on my 19 G70 took it in to dealer, they ended up replacing both rotors under warranty, problem solved

Well, not entirely. The problem is fixed NOW, but will come back after time. The root cause is the brake pads, not the brake rotors. The pads damage the rotors. The pads WILL damage the new rotors. It's only a matter of time. Sooner or later, depending on how hard you drive.

Note it's not warped rotors. Rotors rarely warp, it's uneven pad deposits on the rotors that give the brakes that pulsing, warped feeling. Yes, it's the pads.

Sometimes caused by the driver. My neighbor could make the brakes on any car shudder after a week or so of her driving.

Changed out my pads today to Rockauto semi metallic up front, and the OEM semi metallic in the rear. Brembo makes it so easy to replace pads. 50 minutes taking my time to do all four.

Apparently Canada does not have the TSB. Just went to my local dealership and they had no idea what I was talking about. Sent them all the info including TSB number and they couldn't find it.

Not sure about a TSB but my dealer knew exactly what I was talking about. Took the car in and replaced the rotors the same day.

Anyone had to take their 3.3T in for early brake service. I am noticing a vibration / shudder (generally) braking from higher speeds. I’m only at 17k km (11k miles) which seems pretty early for warped rotors or low pads.

Brakes have been great up to this point.

Yes, I started experiencing sever shuddering at around 4000 miles and had my rotors turned. That did not fix it, so I had to demand that they replace the rotors, which they did. At around 13k miles I started experiencing the severe shuddering again and I recently got the rotors turned again. I currently have 16k miles and the brakes still don't feel great.

As I'm sure you've read, if you've followed this thread, you need better pads. The crappy OEM pads (on all G70s except the Dynamic edition and the 2.0 manual Sport model) leave deposits on the rotors, causing vibration. Turning or replacing the rotors are only temporary fixes.
Many of us have been through this whole process. After going through what you've gone through at a similar mileage, putting on the better metallic, Euro pads (at my expense) when they put new rotors on finally solved the problem. At 18k miles, so far, so good.
