Brand new car problem

I was driving and all of a sudden the car lost speed and would not move the clutch feels very stiff then the tow truck driver got it to move a little but the clutch feels very stiff brand new car what could it be?? The dealer is trying to talk to Hyundai tech support but they been closed

There is another post on this forum relating to a clutch problem on a R-Spec, newer like yours. Has many pictures and descriptions of what happened.

That other thread was a problem of losing the clutch plate entirely. This one doesn't quite make sense, yet. Not sure how the clutch can be "stiff" and the car "lose speed". Twinpilot, can you explain in detail what happened??

It's like the clutch is depressed cause car shifts it will barley move and the clutch is very hard I was on the highway when it happened I lost Momentum made it into a parking lot where I had it towed dealer is still waiting to talk to Hyundai
