Is it Apple Carplay or XM radio in the interim then?

On a similar note, I use an Android phone so I use Android Auto. I stream Alexa music from my phone. I noticed that songs will occasionally "stick." In other words, I'll use the skip toggle on the steering wheel, but the song doesn't skip. Or, the song will skip but the song title won't change on the display. I'm trying to figure out if this is an Alexa Music glitch or a Genesis glitch. I wonder if my issue is related to yours and it's a Genesis technical issue?
