Changing parking light bulbs(next to high beams)

Has anyone change their parking light bulbs next to the high beam? I attempted to replace mines with LEDS but I don't know how to access the back of it. Any ideas?

It's a tight area, so I just used a needle nosed plyers and that made the bulb swap simple.
