Correct. It's like living in a fridge, cold and dark.

Swifer has a longer adjustable handle, so I can clean the rear or front glass by standing outside the car. Swiffer uses refill cloths that are available at any discount store. Obviously, works great in the home also, especially on floors.
I use the Swiffer Sweeper Floor Mop. I buy the Dry Cloths and spray whatever cleaner I want directly on the cloth after attaching it to the mop.Which Swiffer model do you use? I checked all their products online and the width of the pad seems to be too wide to conform to the window curves and the length of the handle seems too long.

One more thing. I just checked and a standard 12" square microfiber towel can be used on the Swiffer instead of the dry clothes they sell.I use the Swiffer Sweeper Floor Mop. I buy the Dry Cloths and spray whatever cleaner I want directly on the cloth after attaching it to the mop.
The Swiffer Floor Mop actually has a three-piece pole that can be shortened, but I use the entire length standing out outside the car, and it is not too long. The front and rear windows are flat enough for the Swiffer. The Swiffer Mop itself swivels where it connects to the pole.
I primarily use the Swiffer Sweeper Floor Mop for floors in my house, also great for cleaning dust off the top of the refrigerator and other hard to read places. I buy the dry cloth refills in bulk at Costco or other discount stores. They dry cloth refills are cheap enough to replace often. They also sell wet cloth refills, but I like to choose my own chemical cleaner for whatever job I have.
