Color of oil dipstick?

I saw it some where and can't find it in a search or in the owner's manual. I know there is a red and an orange handle. Mine is a 2013 R-spec and I measured it from tip to tip at 28.25 inches. Guess color doesn't matter as long as the length is correct.

Which one is the correct color for the R-spec or am I tripping and it doesn't matter?

Ask your dealer parts department if they have one in stock, and then compare them. Or check the used car lot and look at that one.

Here is the page from my 2013 R-Spec manual that indicates either an orange or a red dipstick. My R-Spec has the orange dipstick. The car was manufactured on Mar 13, 2013 and I purchased on May 26, 2013.
