335i will not get "raped" in any sort of drag race by the RSpec. Stock for stock with 2 equal drivers the 335i would get the jump and would likely hold it until at least 100. On a roll 60 seems to be the RSpec's sweet spot from my experience. I think the RSpec would slowly walk away from a roll of 60 or higher. This is all an assumption because I haven't raced one yet, but I did trade a 335i in for the RSpec. If the 335i owner spends $500 on a tune you are toast no matter what you do. Mine ran 12.5 on street tires with a tune, intake, and a 2.2 60 foot due to traction problems, with slicks it would be very low 12's. If you compare the RSpec to a 300 SRT8 which would be pretty similar in a drag race I "raped" the SRT8"s on a regular basis with the 335i and kept up with some highly modded ones.
The driver is more important then 2 closely matched cars, even in an auto trans. I am not saying any of you haven't beaten a 335i, but if you beat some of the DBags I see driving them around, then don't blame it on the car. That is part of the reason I had to get rid of mine. They are a dime a dozen. Cheers to making the DBag look stupid though!
Usually the BMW fanboys are pretty cool compare to all other forums but you sound inexperienced. Stop comparing a JB3/4 modded 335i against these cars. Nobody is interested in comparing modded cars against stock, you newbie.
Go try racing a stock 335i with a R-Spec 5.0 from 80 or 100. Man, you are done, if you are in the 335i. You will be eating dust. The equal expression would be called "rape".
You said it yourself that you haven't raced one and you make a claim that 335i will not get raped. Sounds pretty dang ignorant to me. Hey dumb ass, I said it before that if you race the 335i from dig it will be close and R-Spec may not be able to overtake from lower speeds due to considerable extra weight. Read carefully before spewing shit... 335i is "fast" from highway roll. But R-Spec is ****ing demon in highway pulls. Which is why it will rape the 335i in this regard. It won't be "slowly walking". It will be "fast run". Ignorant fool... If something is guaranteed to rape something I will say it, which is why I said it here, dumb ass.
And I wasn't talking about beating the driver. I'm talking about the car. You are so behind, noob. I can tell by looking at your "age" in profile.
And you won't even need a R-Spec to beat the 335i from highway triple digit pulls. Good'ol 4.6 liter version can take out the 335i say from 100-150.
And I am talking "6-speed" version of 4.6. Cute newb.
These 4.6 and 5.0 Genesis sedans are unlike American luxury cars that shine from 0-quarter mile or upto around 100 mph. The V8 version Genesis are designed for all-around speed. It will pull hard all the way to the top speed, similar to the likes of BMW M and Mercedes AMG class cars. Which is why it's normal for a 4.6 sedan to rape a Tarus SHO at highway pulls. Damn newbs....... Learn from the pros.
And nobody is interested in how fast you were able to get from 0-60 and quarter mile and ET when your little 335i was modded. I am not interested in your "show off". You don't impress me on "anything".....

JB4 335i can't even keep up with Lexus IS-F at triple digit highway pulls anyway. It's not all that fast as you think the 335i is.
BMW is a piece of junk however, in terms of reliability that is. The N54 (and N55) models break so easily it's not even funny. Almost 100% failure rate with HPFP which is "normal". I will give you plenty of "quotations".... since you like that..

That thing will break in a week. Heck, even the unmodded 335i goes back to the shop once every other week for repairs. I can see why you switched from "BMW" to *Hyundai Genesis*. Got tired of breaking eh?
